Clio Manage starts at $49/user/mo; Manage AI, Clio Draft, Clio Work and Vincent AI are priced by quote, and Docket Alarm posts a free tier and a $99 per user/month flat fee. Inside Clio Manage
- Clio Manage: $49/user/mo on EasyStart, with Essentials, Advanced and Expand plans priced on clio.com and a 7-day free trial. Manage AI, the evolution of Clio Duo, schedules events from documents, prioritizes tasks, drafts client updates, analyzes documents and automates bill generation; the add-on is quote-based.
- Clio Duo: the earlier name for Clio's generative assistant for task prioritization, bill generation, document summarization and matter overviews. Clio's pricing page now sells these capabilities as the Manage AI add-on, priced by quote, and Clio posts that data is never used to train AI models and names SOC 2 Type II.
Clio's drafting and research products
- Clio Draft: quote-based. Formerly Lawyaw, it converts Word files into fillable templates, pre-fills court forms and multiple documents per case from Clio Manage data, sends client questionnaires and includes e-signature; its built-in AI turns existing Word documents into reusable templates. A no-training statement is posted and SOC 2 Type II named.
- Clio Work: quote-based, with a free trial. An AI workspace that reviews case files and contracts, builds matter timelines, finds jurisdiction-specific authority through a built-in citator and drafts motions and briefs, with Clio for Word inside Microsoft Word. Clio states nothing in it is used to train AI models and names SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
Clio-owned research tools
- Vincent AI: quote-based, with a free trial. vLex's assistant on the vLex/Fastcase database runs Ask a Research Question, 50-State Survey, Analyze a Complaint, Analyze a Contract and judge, lawyer and party profiles, lists Clio as an integration and offers bar-association discounts through 80+ bar partnerships. vLex posts a zero-retention policy and names SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Docket Alarm: Free, 5 actions per week; Pay-As-You-Go $39.99/mo plus per-use fees; Flat-Fee $99 per user/month for unlimited search and document access. Its AI Assistant answers questions about any case, judge or legal trend with cited answers, and Clio is a named integration.

How to read this
Clio Manage's $49/user/mo is the practice-management seat; Manage AI, Clio Draft, Clio Work and Vincent AI are each quoted on top of it, and Docket Alarm is the one Clio-owned product with a posted flat fee. "Works with" records only what a vendor names on its own site, and Clio's own listing names 300+ apps in the Clio App Directory, so the list above is the directory's record, not Clio's. Which Clio product a tool names, Manage or Grow, is on each listing.
