eDiscovery & Document Review AI

Platforms that process, search and review document productions, with AI doing the first-pass review, summaries and privilege flags.

The nine tools here split into two kinds. Seven are ediscovery platforms for processing, searching, reviewing and producing documents, and they differ most in how they charge: GoldFynch prices by case size, from $27/mo for a 3 GB case with no user fees and productions included; Digital WarRoom posts a hosted single matter at Min. $500/mo with 50 GB and unlimited users, or a private cloud for unlimited matters at $2,000/Month; Everlaw and Lexbe price on data volume with unlimited users, Venio prices on data volume on 6-month to 3-year terms, Logikcull bills per GB month to month on its Pay As You Go plan, and Nextpoint charges per user with unlimited data hosting, all five by quote. The other two handle recorded evidence for criminal defense teams: JusticeText transcribes body-worn camera footage and interrogation videos into searchable, time-synced transcripts, priced by quote, and Reduct does the same for body-cam footage, jail calls and police interviews at $40/editor/mo, with legal and public-defense plans from $75/editor/mo.

Across the set the AI does the first pass: technology-assisted review that learns from the reviewer's coding (Digital WarRoom's Gist, Venio's Continuous Active Learning, Everlaw's Predictive Coding), natural-language search across the production, summaries and privilege or issue tags (Lexbe CoPilot, Everlaw's Review Assistant, Logikcull's ASK), deposition transcript summaries at Nextpoint and, for video, transcripts, key moments, redaction and a chat assistant over the evidence. Three of the nine post a price, from $27/mo to $2,000/Month, and six are quoted; every figure was read on the vendor's own site on October 31, 2026. Four of the nine vendors post that client data is not used to train their AI models and name a standard: Everlaw, Logikcull, Nextpoint and Reduct all name SOC 2 Type II, and Everlaw also names ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and HIPAA; Venio posts a SOC 2 Type II statement but no statement about training. JusticeText is the one tool here that lists Clio as an integration; Everlaw and Logikcull list Microsoft 365, Google Vault, Slack and Box, and Nextpoint lists OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive and Zoom.
